The association IT Service Management Forum Germany (itSMF) provides a platform for individuals, user companies, manufacturers, training providers and consultants to exchange knowledge and experience in IT service management (ITSM).
As an independent association, itSMF spreads the latest knowledge and methods in the area of IT service management. This includes, in particular, the continuous improvement and further development of the de facto standard ITIL® and other so-called best management practices, as well as cooperation to create fundamentals in the area of certification, training and qualification measures for professional training in the area of IT service management.
To meet this requirement, we regularly organize conferences, CIO roundtables, as well as industry, technical and regional forum, on these topics:
- Agility in ITSM
- Cyber defense
- IT sourcing
- Value contribution of IT
- Change management
- ITSM in public administration
Our annual conference is the community highlight:
"Stand up for ITSM", December 4 & 5 in Koblenz (Germany).
We will answer the questions about ITSM's benefits for service quality, compliance, digitization, efficiency, sustainability and agility.
In addition, we also publish our own magazine itSM on a quarterly basis, specialized books and white papers. More than 630 members are using the services and the community for their ITSM.
